This is the reason we deliver all over the world for our customers but as well for our retailers. Of course shipping has a cost but we try to offer it as soon as financially viable for us. You can find below the different delivery method along with delivery prices and free delivery threshold.
To ensure that the return is made in the best possible conditions, please follow the procedure below precisely (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):
1. Write an email to support@Odyskin.com mentioning your order number and your name. This request must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the package.
2. Check that all products are in their original packaging, have not been used and are in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will unfortunately not be refunded.
3. From the date of the mail, you have 14 days to send us your package to the following address:

4. Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept package claims for lost packages
