My sunscreen has turned liquid, is this normal?

As stated on the package, it is important not to expose your sunscreen to the sun. We consciously chose to make an oil-based formula to avoid adding water and therefore conservatives. Simply put your cream away from the sun in a place at room temperature and your cream will regain its original texture.

Does your sunscreen leave white mark?

We use mineral filters so yes unfortunately they can leave white marks but
we have minimized this effect as much as possible by using oils and solar boosters. If after the shower, you still have visible residues of white or colored filters, you can use sweet almond oil to remove with a soft cotton the residues of sun filters that could remain on the skin of your little ones.

Are your products vegan?

Our products are certified 100% vegan and are obviously not tested on animals.

Is your product suitable for pregnant women?

Our sunscreen and after-sun formulas contain essential oils in small quantities, therefore not recommended for pregnant women.

Is your product suitable for children?

Our formulas are suitable for children over 3 years old.

There are littles grains in my sunscreens is it normal?

Yes this is perfectly normal. It's the shea butter that cristallise. It will very quickly disappear when you apply and the effect disappear under the sun.

MY ORDER

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

First of all, we are very sorry that the package arrived in bad condition.
Don't worry our team will fix it as soon as possible. Please send an email to hello@odyskin.com including
your order number, a photo of the products in their shipment package as well as
your desire for a refund or a return of the product. This needs to be done
within 3 days of the receipt. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders within Europe will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Outside of
Europe deliveries range between 7-16 days depending on your chosen carrier.
